Move a project through your stages
Stages show where every deal stands, from Inquiry all the way to Completed.

Step 1: Open a project
Click any project in your list or board.
Step 2: Change the stage
Use the stage picker at the top of the project, or drag the card on the board.
Step 3: Let automations help
On Pro, automations can move stages, send emails and add tasks for you.
Tip: Moving a project to Completed archives it, so your list stays focused on active deals.
